Some things just get better with age, like this 50 year old Vinagre de Jerez (Sherry Vinegar), aged in oak casks, with a complex sweet-sour flavour. Imported from the Jerez region of Spain, where it has been made since the 1930s by Jose Paez Lobato. Paired with award-winning extra virgin olive oil, made from dark green Arbequina olives grown and milled in Spain by the Valderrama family since 1853.
